Main duties of the job
As a Team Leader at Avery Healthcare, your focus will be to support the home management team in delivering high-quality, person-centered care. You will be responsible for leading in the care planning process, assisting in residents' discharges, monitoring their well-being, and ensuring safe systems of work across a range of tasks. The ideal candidate must have an NVQ 3 or equivalent in care for care homes, two years' experience in a senior position, and the ability to communicate effectively and lead staff.
