Job summary
The Operations Support Administrator will be responsible for providing effective administration and business support to the Operations Support Manager and the wider team. They will be involved in various operational functions, managing data systems, and facilitating communication between different departments.
Main duties of the job
As an Operations Support Administrator, your key responsibilities will include assisting the Operations Support Manager with meeting planning and event organizing, providing clerical support to the team and other staff, liaising with care home managers and other stakeholders to provide administrative assistance, and supporting the Operations Directors and Regional Directors with producing letters, minute taking, and other administrative duties.
