Main duties of the job
As a Care Assistant at Avery Healthcare, your primary focus will be to provide excellent personal care to our residents, ensuring their dignity, independence, and wellbeing are maintained at all times. You will work closely with the care team to recognize and address any clinical risks, such as weight loss, pressure sores, or signs of infection, and escalate concerns in a timely manner. Additionally, you will be expected to act courteously towards residents and their visitors, practicing safe systems of work across a range of tasks.
