Main duties of the job
As a Hospitality Manager at Avery Healthcare, you will be responsible for delivering a customer-centric experience while ensuring that residents' needs are fully integrated and supported. This role involves overseeing and effectively managing all non-clinical and care-related areas of the home, including food and beverage services, housekeeping, activities/events, and reception. You will be required to maintain high standards of cleanliness and aesthetics throughout the home environment, follow standard operating procedures to consistently deliver Avery's brand standards, and ensure that all work is planned, prioritized, and delegated effectively.
