This is a temporary receptionist role at Avery Healthcare, a leading provider of luxury elderly care homes in the UK. The role involves providing professional, high-quality customer service as the first point of contact, as well as performing various administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the home.
Main duties of the job
As a receptionist at Avery Healthcare, your primary focus will be to offer exceptional customer service to residents, visitors, and staff. You will be responsible for answering telephone enquiries, redirecting calls, and recording messages. Additionally, you will complete reception-related administration, maintain databases, and provide administrative assistance as required by the General Manager. Maintaining the tidiness of the reception area and liaising with the Housekeeping team to ensure high standards are also part of your responsibilities.
