Main duties of the job
As a Senior Care Assistant at Avery Healthcare, you will be responsible for supporting the Care team in delivering high standards of personal care, providing a safe, caring, innovative, open, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors, and staff. Your key responsibilities will include monitoring resident wellbeing, contributing to care planning, supporting medication requirements, and providing supervision and development to the care team.
