Job summary
The receptionist role at Avery Healthcare is focused on providing professional, high-quality customer service as the first point of contact within the home, as well as delivering a range of administrative services. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be confident in using computers, and have a positive, friendly, and welcoming attitude. They will also have previous exposure to problem-solving and client complaints.
Main duties of the job
As a receptionist at Avery Healthcare, your key responsibilities will include answering the telephone and responding to enquiries, redirecting calls to relevant staff, and recording messages accordingly. You will also be tasked with completing reception-related administration, maintaining databases, and providing administrative assistance as required by the General Manager. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining the general tidiness of the reception area and liaising with the Housekeeping team to ensure standards are maintained.
