Job summary
This role is for a Senior Care Assistant to support and work alongside the Care team at Avery Healthcare's care home in Littleover. The focus will be on delivering high standards of personal care and creating a safe, caring, innovative, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors, and staff.
Main duties of the job
As a Senior Care Assistant, your responsibilities will include monitoring the wellbeing of each resident, being involved in the person-centred care planning process, supporting residents with their medication requirements, and undertaking staff supervisions. You will also be a key point of contact for residents, their relatives, and health/social care professionals, ensuring any reasonable requests are acted upon and concerns or complaints are escalated.
