ABOUT THE ROLE

Your focus as Concierge will be to create a positive and long lasting first impression of Avery, answering incoming calls and greeting visitors whilst providing high quality service to residents.

Other responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and directing all visitors and making them feel welcome.
• Monitoring the Bistro area for refreshments, music, and cleanliness.
• Handling resident requests and queries efficiently and effectively.
• Completing administrative duties as required.

• Possess effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Be able to handle multiple priorities.
• Have good organisational skills.
• Previous experience in a customer service position is preferable.

Qualifications

Essential

• To be successful in this role, you should possess effective written and verbal communication skills, be able to handle multiple priorities, and have good organizational skills. Previous experience in a customer service position is preferable.
