You'll be the first point of contact, providing professional and high-quality customer service to residents, visitors, and staff. With a focus on administrative tasks and maintaining the reception area, this role is crucial in supporting the smooth running of the care home.
Main duties of the job
As a Receptionist at Avery Healthcare, your primary responsibilities will include answering the telephone, responding to enquiries, redirecting calls, and maintaining databases. You'll also provide administrative assistance to the General Manager and help keep the reception area tidy. To be successful in this role, you'll need excellent communication skills, proficiency in using computers, and a positive, friendly, and welcoming attitude. Previous experience in problem-solving and handling client complaints is also desirable.
