Job summary
The Regional Support Manager role at Avery Healthcare is a key position responsible for supporting the Regional Director in managing a group of care homes in the Surrey area. The role focuses on ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and service delivery across the homes, as well as providing support during acquisitions and addressing problem areas. Main duties of the job
As the Regional Support Manager, your primary responsibilities will include providing focus and support in key homes to ensure appropriate compliance, reporting, and service delivery. You will also support the homes during the transition process following any acquisitions made by Avery, identify problem areas, and make recommendations to address them in collaboration with the Regional Director. Additionally, you will interpret information to support regional performance against quality indicators and make suitable recommendations to the Regional Director.
