Main duties of the job
As a Wellbeing and Activities Assistant, you will focus on supporting the Wellbeing Coordinator in providing a wide range of activities to engage and stimulate the residents' physical, cognitive, and social well-being. Your responsibilities will include maintaining a safe living and working environment, reporting any changes in residents' conditions, supporting with ordering and preparing supplies for activities, and establishing links with the local community to encourage access and promote intergenerational activity.
