As a Hospitality Manager, you will be responsible for delivering a customer-centric experience, ensuring the non-clinical and care-related aspects of the home are effectively managed, including food and beverage services, housekeeping, activities/events, and reception.

Main duties of the job

As a Hospitality Manager at Avery Healthcare, your focus will be on delivering a customer-centric experience while ensuring residents' needs are fully integrated and supported. You will be responsible for overseeing and effectively managing all areas of the home that are non-clinical and care-related, including food and beverage services, housekeeping, activities/events, and reception. You will be expected to maintain high standards of cleanliness and aesthetics throughout the home, follow Avery's Standard Operating Procedures, and ensure that all work is planned, prioritized, and delegated effectively to accommodate the resource and skill base of your team.
