Main duties of the job

As a Recruitment Administrator, your focus will be to support the Recruitment function and work as part of a team to provide administrative assistance with preparation and publication of job advertisements, maintenance of the ATS system, and responding to queries from the wider business in a timely manner. You will also liaise with the People team and hiring managers to ensure a smooth candidate experience.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Your focus as a Recruitment Administrator will be to support the Recruitment function and work as part of a team to provide administrative assistance with preparation and publication of job advertisements and the maintenance our ATS system whilst maintaining a professional standard and high attention to detail.

Other responsibilities will include:

  • Effectively using our ATS to create, edit and close all roles we have available including the housekeeping of the system to ensure fluidity and consistency across the group
  • Support and respond to all queries from the wider business through various different functions in a timely manner
  • Liaising with the wider People team and providing support in compliance where needed
  • Liaising with hiring managers/home administrators to align on staffing requirements and ensure a smooth candidate experience
