They are looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join their award-winning team as a Care Assistant, focusing on delivering high standards of personal care and contributing to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents.
Main duties of the job
As a Care Assistant, your responsibilities will include assisting residents with their personal hygiene care to ensure optimum independence, dignity, and respect, recognizing and understanding clinical risk areas in residents, acting courteously towards residents and their visitors, and practicing safe systems of work across the range of tasks. Avery Healthcare offers a thorough induction and training program to ensure confidence within the role, and they are looking for candidates who can communicate effectively, demonstrate initiative, and be respectful towards the residents and other people in the home.
