Main duties of the job
As a Care Assistant at Avery Healthcare, you will be responsible for delivering high standards of personal care to residents, contributing to the care team to ensure continuity of services. Your duties will include assisting residents with their personal hygiene, recognizing and understanding clinical risk areas, and acting courteously towards residents and their visitors while respecting their dignity and individuality. Avery Healthcare offers a thorough induction and training program to ensure you are confident in your role.
