Main duties of the job
As a Senior Care Assistant, your responsibilities will include monitoring residents' wellbeing, implementing and evaluating person-centered care plans, supporting with medication requirements, and undertaking staff supervisions. You will be a key point of contact for residents, their families, and healthcare professionals, ensuring their needs are met in a safe, caring, and inclusive environment.
