Main duties of the job
As a Care Supervisor, your focus will be on managing, supporting, and guiding a small team within the Care Services team. You will ensure that Avery's processes and procedures are followed to the highest standards, and that the residents' choices, dignity, independence, and personal safety are at the core of all care and support activities. Key responsibilities include promoting and delivering high-quality person-centered care, closely monitoring and reporting on residents' daily progress, dealing with any concerns or complaints, and providing ongoing support for the residents, their families, and the Care Services team.
