Main duties of the job
The Team Leader role at Avery Healthcare will focus on supporting the home management team in delivering high-quality, person-centred care. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading in the care planning process, assisting with smooth transitions for resident discharges, monitoring resident well-being, and ensuring safe systems of work across the home. The ideal candidate must have an NVQ 3 or equivalent in care for care homes, two years' experience in a senior position, and the ability to communicate effectively and lead staff.
