Main duties of the job
As a Care Assistant, your focus will be on delivering high standards of personal care to residents, contributing fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services. You will assist residents with their personal hygiene, recognize and escalate any clinical risks, and act courteously towards residents and their visitors while respecting their dignity and individuality. You will also be required to practice safe systems of work across a range of tasks.
