Main duties of the job
Your focus as a Receptionist will be to offer professional, high-quality customer service as the first point of contact within the home, as well as provide a range of administrative services. Responsibilities include answering the telephone, completing reception-related administration, maintaining databases, and providing administrative assistance as required by the General Manager. You will also help maintain the general tidiness of the reception area.
