Main duties of the job
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the General Manager and Administrator in various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient management of the care home. This will include submitting data for invoicing, assisting with the preparation and dispatch of management information, placing purchase orders, and managing residents' personal allowances.
