Job summary
As a Sous Chef at Avery Healthcare, you will support the Head Chef in leading a culinary team that provides a nutritionally balanced, comprehensive, and high-quality culinary service to the residents. Your focus will be on ensuring the well-being of the residents while working within budget.
Main duties of the job
Your responsibilities as a Sous Chef will include preparing modified diets that look appealing and are well-balanced, supervising and directing the work of culinary staff, ensuring food preparation meets the highest hygiene standards, and supporting the team in understanding the Avery Food safety management system.
