Main duties of the job

As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, your primary responsibilities will include liaising with the Hospitality Manager and Head Chef to meet residents' hydration and nutritional needs, supporting and delivering catering services to maintain resident choice, dignity, and safety, creating a warm and welcoming dining atmosphere, and ensuring staff are properly trained, supervised, and appraised. You will also work closely with the management team to provide imaginative and interesting themes for special events.

Creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere in the dining areas throughout the home that is in line with the residents preferences. Liaising with the Hospitality Manager and Head Chef to provide imaginative and interesting themes for special events.
