Main duties of the job
As a Care Home Administrator, your focus will be to support the General Manager, staff, and residents in administrative tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient management of the Home. Your responsibilities will include collecting data to enable invoicing, following up on non-payment of fees, collating information for payroll, and providing clerical support to the General Manager and other staff. You will also be involved in the recruitment and onboarding process of staff within the home.
