Job summary

This role as a Food and Beverage Team Member at Avery Healthcare in Winchester offers an opportunity to support the dining service and assist residents with their meals. Main duties of the job

As a Food and Beverage Team Member, your responsibilities will include supporting residents with meal choices, setting dining tables, keeping the front of house clean and tidy, ensuring fresh cakes/biscuits and finger food are available, and being aware of residents' dietary requirements. You will need to demonstrate high standards of personal hygiene, and previous experience in a similar setting, restaurant, or hotel would be desirable. A basic Food Hygiene Certificate would also be beneficial.

  • Ensure fresh homemade cakes/biscuits are accessible in the bistro areas and replenished throughout the day, as well as finger food and fresh fruit options.
  • Being aware of residents dietary requirements.
