Main duties of the job
As a Care Assistant at Avery Healthcare, your focus will be to deliver high standards of personal care, contributing fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents. Key responsibilities include assisting residents with personal hygiene care, recognizing and escalating clinical risks, and acting courteously towards residents and their visitors. The role requires excellent communication skills, initiative, and the ability to be adaptable and flexible in covering a range of responsibilities.
