Main duties of the job
As a Registered Nurse at Avery Healthcare, your focus will be to act as the person in charge, standing in for the Manager as required and observing all instructions to act upon their behalf. You will ensure high standards of care for the residents, including undertaking nursing tasks such as medication distribution, dressings, catheterisation, tube feeding, and management of chronic medical conditions. You will also be responsible for effectively deploying and supervising the care team, ensuring all tasks are completed and residents receive the required care. The ideal candidate must hold a First Level qualification and current NMC Registration, with a minimum of 2 years' experience and up-to-date knowledge of care, supported by relevant post-basic studies/qualification.
