Job summary
The Customer Service Advisor role at Avery Healthcare is focused on providing a positive and welcoming public image at the first point of contact, both in person and by telephone. The successful candidate will be responsible for the reception area, supporting show rounds, managing sales enquiries, and assisting the Home Administrator as required.
Main duties of the job
As a Customer Service Advisor, your key responsibilities will include maintaining a high standard in the reception area, supporting the process of show rounds, actively following up and managing any sales enquiries through to admissions, and assisting the Home Administrator as needed. You will be expected to demonstrate effective interpersonal skills, a professional telephone manner, and computer literacy with a good working knowledge of MS Suite. Previous experience in a customer service role for a minimum of two years is preferred.
