Main duties of the job
Your focus as Care Assistant will be to deliver high standards of personal care, contributing fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents. This will include assisting residents in their personal hygiene care, recognizing and understanding clinical risk areas, and acting courteously towards residents and their visitors while respecting their dignity and individuality. You'll be working in a supportive and inspiring environment where you'll feel valued and empowered every day.
