Job summary
This is a Senior Care Assistant role at Avery Healthcare, a leading provider of luxury elderly care homes in the UK. Main duties of the job
As a Senior Care Assistant, your focus will be on monitoring the wellbeing of each resident, being aware of any changes impacting on care and care plans, ensuring new needs are met, and written records are amended accordingly. You will be involved in the person-centred care planning process, implementing, monitoring, and undertaking monthly evaluations. Additionally, you will support residents with their medication requirements, undertake staff supervisions, and act as a key point of contact for residents, their relatives, visitors, and health and social care professionals.
