Job summary
This is a Customer Service Advisor role at Avery Healthcare, a leading provider of luxury elderly care homes in the UK. The role involves providing a positive and welcoming public image at the first point of contact, both in person and by telephone, as well as supporting the Home Administrator and managing sales enquiries.
Main duties of the job
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for the reception area, ensuring it is always presented to a high standard. You will support with the process of show rounds and actively follow up and manage any sales enquiries through to admissions. You will also assist the Home Administrator as required. The ideal candidate should have effective interpersonal skills, a professional telephone manner, and be computer literate with a good working knowledge of MS Suite. Previous experience in a customer service role for a minimum of two years is preferred.
