Job summary

Leading by example, you will provide Leadership and take responsibility for ensuring robust quality assurance systems and processes, ensuring group quality indicators and regulatory requirements are fully satisfied and therefore ensuring that safe, quality care is delivered to residents.   • Have a good knowledge of the regulatory framework

  • Have the knowledge and understanding to analyse and interpret data to identify emerging risks, themes and trends and work with operational teams to identify practicable solutions

  • Have the personal qualities to work with others, influence, negotiate and develop strong working relationships.
