Job summary
The Learning and Development Facilitator role at Avery Healthcare is focused on driving performance and quality within their care homes through the delivery of quality-assured training to the team. The successful candidate will ensure that the organization has a competent and compliant team to deliver exceptional care to their residents.
Main duties of the job
As the Learning and Development Facilitator, your responsibilities will include leading training sessions for a cluster of homes, focusing on statutory and mandatory topics, identifying learning needs using the Learning Management System (LMS), planning and designing engaging learning courses and content, facilitating interactive induction and refresher courses both face-to-face and virtually, and accurately recording training sessions in the LMS. You will also be responsible for assessing learner knowledge, confidence, and understanding throughout the training.
