This is a temporary housekeeping assistant role at Avery Healthcare's Hinckley House Care Home. The role involves ensuring high standards of cleanliness and laundry are maintained in the home, working as part of a team and treating residents with dignity and respect.

Main duties of the job

Your focus as Housekeeping Assistant will be to work as part of a team, ensuring that all standards of cleanliness and laundry are maintained in the home. You will operate according to our standard operating procedures for housekeeping and laundry, ensuring that hotel service standards are maintained. Other responsibilities will include carrying out all cleaning duties in accordance with worksheet instructions, understanding the cleaning requirements of different surfaces and coverings, and ensuring that all residents are treated with dignity and respect.
