Main duties of the job

As a Learning and Development Facilitator, you will be the lead trainer for a cluster of homes, delivering a variety of training topics with a focus on statutory and mandatory training. You will also assist in identifying learning needs, follow appropriate governance and quality assurance structures, and ensure all learning interventions meet the diverse needs of learners.

You will be ensuring that we have a competent and compliant team to deliver exceptional care to our residents.Other responsibilities will include:

  • Being the lead trainer for a cluster of homes, delivering a variety of topic areas with a focus on statutory and mandatory training.
  • Assisting in the identification of learning needs by utilising the LMS, working collaboratively with the wider L&D team and business operators.
  • Following appropriate governance and quality assurance structures that are in place across all learning and development activities.
  • Ensuring all learning interventions meet the diverse needs of learners, proactively taking an inclusive approach to ensure learning accessibility and outcomes for all learners.
ABOUT YOUTo be successful in your application, you will live our values of caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable in all that you do. Experience is not required as we are proud to offer a thorough induction and training programme to ensure confidence within your role.Our ideal candidate must:
  • Hold a full UK Drivers License and own transport
  • Have a Level 3 Award in Education and Training or willingness to work towards
