Main duties of the job
As the Wellbeing and Activities Coordinator at Silvermere Care Home, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of activities to engage and stimulate the residents' physical, psychological, and social well-being. You will understand the need to promote the philosophy of privacy, dignity, independence, choice, rights, and fulfilment for all residents. Your other responsibilities will include identifying residents' life histories and preferences, planning and submitting monthly activity and wellbeing plans, arranging events and outings, and maintaining a safe living and working environment.
