Main duties of the job

As a receptionist, your focus will be to offer professional, high-quality customer service as the first point of contact within the home, as well as providing a range of administrative services. Responsibilities will include answering the telephone, responding to enquiries, maintaining databases, and providing administrative assistance as required. You will also be responsible for maintaining the general tidiness of the reception area.

  • Completingreception-related administration,maintainingdatabases,and providing administrativeassistanceas required by the General Manager.
  • Maintainingthe general tidiness of the reception area, liaising with Housekeeping to ensure standards aremaintained.
