The Administrator will work on their own initiative and demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, have an excellent telephone manner, be organised and work methodically.Other responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the estate and projects management team in the procurement of improvement and refurbishment works, including the collation of capital expenditure requests and raising of purchase orders.
  • Manage the electronic data management system. Ensuring the designs, drawings and information are up to date for new builds and the operational estate and that documents are saved correctly within the database.
  • Ensuring all members of the Estates team are using common documentation and filing information centrally.
  • Liaise with Estate Managers, Project Managers, Homes and Contractors

  • A full UK drivers license with access to a vehicle and be able to travel to site as the business requires
