Main duties of the job

As a Concierge, your focus will be to create a positive and long-lasting first impression of Avery, answering incoming calls and greeting visitors while providing high-quality service to residents. Your responsibilities will include greeting and directing all visitors, monitoring the Bistro area, handling resident requests and queries, and completing administrative duties as required.
