Main duties of the job

As the Business Development Manager - Central, you will be responsible for providing professional commercial and marketing direction and support for the Avery Healthcare Central Division. This includes analyzing sales performance, developing and implementing plans to deliver budgeted occupancy and revenue targets, managing key referrers, and supporting the delivery of national marketing activities at a local and regional level. The role reports to the National Sales Director with a strong dotted line to the Operational Managing Director, making it a crucial position in driving a best practice commercial sales approach for the group.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Your focus as our Business Development Manager will be to provide professional commercial and marketing direction and support for the Avery Healthcare Central Division. Reporting into the National Sales Director with a strong dotted line to the Operational Managing Director, the role is fundamental in driving a best practice commercial sales approach for the group.

Other responsibilities will include:

  • Analysing sales performance and developing and implementing plans to deliver budgeted occupancy and revenue targets.
  • The development and ongoing management of key referrers - Social Services, Discharge Planners, Ward Managers, Local Community
  • Delivering brand proposition and increasing word of mouth recommendation
  • Supporting the delivery of national marketing activities at a local and regional level
