Main duties of the job
As a Care Assistant at Avery Healthcare, your responsibilities will include assisting residents with their personal hygiene care, ensuring optimum independence, dignity, and respect. You will also be required to recognize and understand clinical risk areas in residents, act courteously towards residents and their visitors, and practice safe systems of work across a range of tasks.
