Job summary

This role as a Receptionist at Avery Healthcare's Aire View Care Home in Kirkstall, Leeds offers a temporary position with a competitive hourly rate of £11.45. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, confidence in using computers, and a positive, friendly, and welcoming attitude to provide professional, high-quality customer service as the first point of contact within the home.

Main duties of the job

As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for answering the telephone, responding to enquiries, redirecting calls, and completing reception-related administration tasks. You will also assist the General Manager with maintaining databases and providing administrative support as required. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining the general tidiness of the reception area and liaising with Housekeeping to ensure standards are met.
