An opportunity has arisen for a Deputy Team Manager post within one of our supported living services, in which we support individuals to live successfully within the community as tenants in their own homes.

We are looking for someone who has the following skills and qualities:

Ability to lead a team of staff to provide excellent person-centred support.

Proficient in the use of Positive Behavioural Support.Great supervisory skills, confidence to challenge staff when required.

Has a focus on quality to improve services.

Resilience.

Positive Behavioural Support is central to the PIPS model of support so all applicants should be able to demonstrate competence in this regard.

Candidates should have either:

RNLD / Social Work qualification or equivalent.

Level 5 Leadership in Health & Social Care.

And at least 1 years' experience in a leadership role.
