We are looking for someone who has the following skills and qualities:
Ability to lead a large team of staff to provide excellent person-centred support.
Proficient in the use of Positive Behavioural Support.
Demonstrates innovation and creativity.
Has a focus on quality to improve services.
Resilience.
This is a highly rewarding but challenging role, with the opportunity to lead staff team to provide excellent support that helps people develop and grow.
Positive Behavioural Support is central to the PIPS model of support so all applicants should be able to demonstrate competence in this regard.
Candidates should have either:
RNLD / Social Work qualification or equivalent.
Level 5 Leadership in Health & Social Care and an additional PBS qualification.
Car Driver Essential for this role
Operational management experience of large teams and CQC regulated services
