Job summary

Job title: Clinical Deputy Manager

Location:140 Barnet Road, Barnet, EN5 3LJ.

Salary: Up to £51,334 per annum, Depending on experience.

Shift Pattern:Monday to Friday, but some flexibility will be required to conduct night visits or weekend working to support the team.**

Contract: 40 hours per week.

As a Clinical Deputy Manager, youll lead our care team, ensuring high-quality care that addresses residents comprehensive needs.

Main duties of the job

Youll help us make health happen by:

  • Youll oversee and assist all aspects of nursing care/activities within the home.
  • With the help of your team, youll create and update individual care plans for our residents, maintaining clear, accurate and up-to-date medication records.
  • Its imperative that the correct staffing levels are maintained through efficient management of rotas, youll ensure adequate staffing is always maintained within the home.
  • Drawing on your clinical experience, youll provide day to day support and guidance to the team - promoting our residents' independence, choice, and dignity.
  • Youll build lasting relationships with the residents and the people they care about, as well as caring about the home itself - fostering a sense of community.
  • Creating and developing strong relationships with local partners, you will liaise with these partners, playing an important role in raising the care homes profile in the local area and beyond.
