The Activities Coordinator role at Bosworth Care Home is a part-time position (12 hours per week) responsible for designing and implementing engaging activities and events for the residents. Main duties of the job
As an Activities Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating and facilitating a diverse range of activities for the residents of Bosworth Care Home. This includes planning events, arranging outings, organizing group activities, and providing one-on-one companionship. You will work closely with the residents to understand their interests and preferences, and tailor the activities accordingly. Additionally, you will liaise with external entertainers and businesses to bring in new and exciting experiences for the residents. The role also involves supporting the smooth running of the home and assisting new or existing colleagues when needed.
