They are now looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Commercial Administrator to join their busy finance department and help deliver accurate, efficient, and compliant payroll services.

Main duties of the job

Reporting directly to the Bids & Contracts Manager, the Commercial Administrator will be responsible for providing vital support to the Bid and Contracts Team, ensuring smooth operations through efficient administration of contracts, data, and reporting. They will be responsible for coordinating contractual documentation, maintaining records, preparing reports, and supporting the timely submission of bids.

Agincare is experiencing rapid growth, and with that comes exciting opportunities to strengthen our support teams.Were now looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Payroll Assistant to join our busy finance department and help deliver accurate, efficient, and compliant payroll services.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the Bids & Contracts Manager, youll be responsible forproviding vital support to the Bid and Contracts Team, ensuring smooth operations through efficient administration of contracts, data, and reporting. You would be responsible for coordinating contractual documentation, maintaining records, preparing reports. They will also support in completing various tasks to support the timely submission of bids

This is a great opportunity for someone at entry level whos looking to change careers and grow their skills in asupportive and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • To ensure the timely creation and maintenance of various Commercial files
  • To maintain/update various data spreadsheets and online databases
  • To provide general administrative support for the Bid and Contracts Team
  • To coordinate any amendments, renewals, and extensions of existing contracts, working with the Contracts Manager to ensure that changes are properly reviewed, documented and communicated to relevant parties.
  • To provide cross cover support for monitoring of online tender portals, bid inboxes and related tasks.

  • Previous experience in similar role
  • Proven ability to follow a schedule of work accurately
  • An understanding of the health and social care sector (desirable but not essential)
  • Strong Excel skills and confidence with IT systems
  • A flexible, can-do attitude and ability to adapt to changing demands
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to support the wider team
