What is required from you?
- A minimum of 12 months on your right to work
- Previous experience in a domestic or housekeeping role is desirable butnot essential
- A good understanding of the importance of excellent infection control and the ability to work to a high standard, managing multiple tasks.
- Good people skills and the ability to show strongempathy, with a caring andcompassionate nature
- This is a Housekeeper role working 16 hours per week from 9am to 3pm on a two week rolling rota to include alternative weekends
- Shift Pattern:
- Week 1 Wednesday and Friday
- Week 2 Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday
A day in the life of a Housekeeper
- Communal cleaning ensure thecommunal areas are kept clean and safe for residents and employees
- Domestic tasks -dust, polish and vacuum residents bedrooms thoroughly and ensuring use of appropriate warning signs when required
- Collaboration - work closely with the home management team to ensure the home meets the standards of hygiene and cleanliness
- Companionship- Providesupport, communication and engagement to residents.
