Main duties of the job
The Activities Coordinator will be responsible for creating a vibrant activity schedule, planning events, and interacting with residents to ensure their social and recreational needs are met. This includes providing companionship, organizing activities both within the home and in the community, and supporting residents' mobility and independence through programs such as Zumba or balloon tennis. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and must be flexible to work 40 hours per week, including alternate weekends.
